  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call us for assistance.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can mail a check or money order to 50 North Hulett Road, Villa Rica, GA 30180 or make a payment through our website. To participate in our Guarantee No Late Fee Program, you may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

  • When is my payment due?

    Payments are due on the first day of each month. If payment has not been received by 5th day of the month you will be charged a late fee and gate and door access will be denied. Please note, that the move-in month will be pro-rated.

  • Does there have to be someone on site to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport). Simply take a picture of your photo ID and text to 770-328-2379 or email janehsauls@gmail.com.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 5 day notice before you move out.

  • Do I have to rent online?

    Online Rentals are for your convenience and available 24 /7. We welcome your call or text (770-328-2379) or your email (janehsauls@gmail.com) We will gladly meet you onsite to complete your rental and/or help you decide on the best size to fit your needs.

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage or parking space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in after 24 hours of completing your online lease, during normal access hours. Normal access hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. For same day move-ins, complete the online lease and call or text 770-328-2379.
